Change Linux Command

Changing linux command can help us, if you want to equate all the basic commands in OS into one, or just make it memorable. For example image below, here I changed the command "ls" to "list", and it worked.

The basic commands that need to be considered, is the "which" and "cp / mv"

For example, here I will change the command "ls", which serves to view the contents of a directory, a "list", which has the same function.

First, we locate the directory where the command
$sudo which ls

hence, will produce
#/bin/ls

now copy that directory and the same place, and change the "ls" to be different.
$ sudo cp /bin/ls /bin/list

or if you want to change it permanently, just rename the "ls" command with
$ sudo mv /bin/ls /bin/list

Now the test, whether the newly revamped command goes well, quite so.
